We finished reading up to 1 Chronicles 2:17 today.

We made it through 1 Chronicles 1:33. On to 1:34.

We finished Jude. It was a close vote but we are going to do Chronicles next. 1 Chronicles. Steel yourselves gentlemen!

We’ve finished 2 Peter. Jude should give us some additional context for what was written in 2 Peter. So we will spend a couple weeks on Jude. Still haven’t decided what to do after that.

Today we read through 2 Peter 3:7 and talked of kindling, campfires and conflagration. Next week we start at 2 Peter 3:8.

We read through 2 Peter 2:10a this week. We’ll start with the 2nd half of verse 10 next week.

We finished 1 Peter today. Moving on to 2 Peter next.

We read through I Peter 4:6.

Today we read through 1 Peter 3:17

We are into the controversial stuff in I Peter. Today we read though I Peter 2: 17. We will “start” with I Peter 2:18 next week although I think we will be moving back and forth through this section that has been proof texted for generations to justify all manner of bad behavior. Slavery, Submission, Pre-destination… fun stuff.
